Chelsea Wolfe Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles Concert reviews
Video's Bad!
The audience started booing during the opening act, which consisted of fan videos of songs from Chelsea Wolfe's latest album. Yawning, I felt forced to endure the videos as a form of torture or punishment. They played fewer songs compared to other venues, omitting "Chauffeur" once again. This being my fifth concert of theirs, I'm beginning to think they intentionally avoid playing it for me, despite traveling all the way from Kansas City.
Their lackluster entrance onto the stage was underwhelming, with no grand introduction. They failed to acknowledge fans in higher sections. Disappointed, I won't purchase their new CD to avoid recalling the unpleasant video experience. Despite potential criticism, I must be honest; nobody in my section enjoyed the concert, as we yawned, booed, and conversed, disregarding the videos.
